We have one. We put up 38 points against our main rival with the worst receivers in the league. Our rival, with a QB who gets MVP talk, with the best receivers in the league, put up 39 points against us.

With the same coaches and no cap space there is no way to fix the offense. They scored the second most points in the back half of the season. The team keeps throwing that out. That's why they think there is nothing that needs to be fixed. Expect more of the same. If you are expecting change you will be very disappointed.
I’m with you. I see no way of us contending next year and we need playmakers no matter where and safety and next to Mosley are two spots we could use them.
Offensively...I’m not a Flacco fan but he’s an average NFL QB and I think he can elevate his game with proper support system. He’ll never be Aaron Rodger or a top guy in the league but he for the next 2 years we could do a lot worse. I would like to see a QB in 3rd or 4th.
We need playmakers on O bad. I love Alex Collins. I think Buck Allen is underrated here. However he’s not special. I don’t think RB is a priority but a Bryce Love would be a nice compliment. We need someone in the Kamara mold (who doesn’t) or a 22 year old Danny Woodhead.
Offensive Line—If they keep Jensen actually is pretty good shape. Especially the interior. We need depth at T, but do you hope you get adequate play from Howard for another year or 2 or draft your Guy now.
WR/TE—this part of the Roster is a train wreck and needs help now. I think guys like Jimmy Graham and Landy will be too $$ for our cap situation and not Ozzie’s MO. Cameron Brate could be an option at TE in FA. Marquis Lee or Allen Robinson may come a little cheaper or Paul Richardson. You have to sign someone before the draft.
I love Baby Beckham or DJ Moore. I don’t know if there guys who need to be taken at 16 but I don’t know if they last to 2nd round. Sutton, Washington or Ridley scare me at 16 only bc of our history drafting WRs. They all may end up being great players but we can’t afford another Perriman.
It's not rocket science, you said it in the OP. They need better skill players. Your offense is only going to be so good when you are throwing out the collection of pass catchers we had this year. You can't have a group of slow TEs and a bunch of receivers with bad hands who struggle to separate, and expect to have a productive offense. I don't think an ultimatum to only draft offense is the answer, but they've clearly dropped the ball in regards to certain picks the past few years taking defense over offense, so someone in the room needs to be banging the drum to place more of a priority on the offense.
If I had any input at all my biggest thing would be to place more of an emphasis on demonstrated ability to catch the ball above anything else. I'm not really enamored with the idea of paying a Jarvis Landry a ton of money as a FA, but if you can draft a player with that skill set, I'm all about it. I don't want another Perriman, where they are big and fast and look sexy in the highlight reels but can't reliably pull in a 10 yard out to convert a first down late in the game.
Fix#1
Cut Maclin
Go all in on multi year deal on Allen Robinson
Try and resign Wallace to 1 year deal.
Throw 1 year vet min at Kamar Aiken if Wallace doesn't want to return.
Returning rookies Tim White, Quincy adaboyeo, Chris Moore.
Fix#2
Draft 1st round Orland Brown JR
Draft 2nd round Simmie Cobbs JR WR 6'4 220lbs (Good route running and solid hands) something that eludes this entire team
Trade Breshard Perriman & Next years #3 pick to move up and draft See Below!
Draft 3rd round (Parris Cambell) WR Ohio State (Low production recently but high upside with a decent QB)
The Answer for TE is Dallas Goedert from South Dakota State.

The problem Ozzie and the entire front office has is that they over value defensive players and have trouble evaluating offensive players. So when in doubt they would rather draft a defensive player. Problem with that is they have had a backlog of d players, heavily over staffed on the line. You have high draft picks who spend years inactive on game day. Playing one out of four games. It's insane. Draft skill offensive players over and over until you fix this offense.
Your final drive this year, with you entire playoff on the line, had a banged up Wallace, a 35 year old TE, a TE. With 6.5 40 speed, a wr who was on your practice squad a few days earlier and a rb. And people bitch at Joe not pulling out the game. Get real, he had nobody to throw to. Double Wallace ends him as a threat, play man to man or even simple zone and nobody get open for a simple first down. Your playing players who get reps in the last preseason game as starters trying to make the playoffs. 160 million in cap spent and you receivers cost pennies after Wallace.
I urge any person who complains about Joe Flacco to sit down and watch another team play. Go watch any other NFL team team, just say the Bengals, or the Vikings. Watch their WR core run routes, get separation etc...
then re watch a Ravens game and tell me there isn't a serious talent/coaching disparity with our team? Look at the Vikings, with a 3rd string QB, an undrafted WR in Thielen, a 5th rounder in Diggs. They look like Hall of Fame talent vs what we are seeing every week.
Is Joe in need of fixing his footwork, mechanics? Sure, but the drop off in talent at the WR position is seen by the average fan, not even anyone with Pro experience.
Need more playmakers, Need to run more sugar huddle
Problem now is that since WR is such a need, we will reach and get another BP
