Well, I figured it would be another force besides the SEAL's so at least I got that right.

Very troubling if true. The last thing we need is another military front, even if it's a small force.

Seems like it always has to be something.

I get that the cartels are a big deal for national security, but to me it would make more sense to urge Mexican/Central American forces to crack down more. Provide them support and assistance.

I don't know. I don't like the fact that O'Bama seems ok with spreading the military very thin.
