Re: Ray Lewis radio show charges cover fee
Ray Ray is worth the price of admission, especially up close and personal and with an autograph to boot.
Now if the restaurant was called, say, "Tiger Bob's Pork Chop Emporium", I may have a problem with paying a cover, but for Ray $25 won't make me think less of a guy who lays it all on the line every Sunday for my amusement.
Either way as HoustonRaven says, "If you don't like it, DON'T GO!"

I don't fault him for doing it. If people will pay it, why not?
It's strictly a business move. I don't understand the anger directed toward him nor the lame excuses from lawyers and management. Call it what it is. You don't have to get angry or offended. Just don't attend! If no one comes, they will change their business strategy. It seemed like most people who went and paid we happy they did it. Good for them.
As for me, personally I have a pic with Ray and Pete Boulware from years ago at the Barn and didn't pay a dime, except the numerous beers and food that evening.
Re: Ray Lewis radio show charges cover fee
I'm boycotting any of these shows for the following reasons:
1. All these players having shows seems hot-headed and takes away from time devoted to the game.
2. Ray Lewis full-moon BBQ is terrible.
3. Mixing a lot of your players into the media seems like a conflict of interest.
4. Ray Lewis full-moon BBQ is terrible.
5. I'd rather see the team have a humble, low key demeanor in their non-playing times. Let the team speak for itself, rather than the players speak for the team.
Furthermore, if you want the best mix of Baltimore Football Player turned resturantier food, go to Andy Nelson's in Cockeysville. It trumps Ray-Ray's resturant big time.
