Questions about forum privileges?

I have a few questions about my privileges on this forum:

Do I have the ability to change/create an avatar?
Am I allowed to view public profiles of others immediately or is there a waiting period?
Am I allowed to post links?

There are several milestones that you have to pass to get certain perks. Keep posting and stick around a bit and you should be ok.

I cannot send a private message. How can I sell some of my season tickets to someone if I can't send them a message or receive one.

Do I have to post another email address. Really don't want to do that because of possible spam. Please let me know;
