Since I originally reported this story in the beginning I thought I'd follow up on it. The ruling came 1 day before the ban went into effect.
The judge said rule was capricious and arbitrary. It also had loop holes that defeated it's purpose.
Mayor Bloomberg and the first lady of the nation had pimped it.
NIce to know Big Brother got zapped. Score one for the little guy.
